Questions you might have
Can you guarantee I’ll be number one on Google?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings, and where you show up also depends on where the person searching is. What I can do is fix what’s holding you back and keep improving the things Google is known to look at, and be honest about how it’s going.
How long before I see a difference?
Fixing your profile can make a difference within a few weeks. Building reviews and local rankings takes longer, usually a few months. I’ll show you what’s changing each month so you’re never left guessing.
Do I need a website?
It helps, but it’s not essential to get started. Your Google Business Profile is what shows up on Maps. If you do have a website, I’ll make sure it backs up your profile. If you don’t, I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth having one.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Every plan is rolling monthly, so you can cancel any time. I’d rather keep you because it’s working.
What do I need to do?
Not much. I’ll need manager access to your Google Business Profile (I’ll show you how), a few photos of your work now and then, and you sending the review link to happy customers. Most months that’s about 15 minutes of your time.
Where do you work, and do we have to meet?
I’m based in Loughborough and work with trades across the East Midlands, including Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and the towns around them. Most of the work is done remotely by email and video call, but I’m always happy to meet in person if you’d prefer. I also work remotely with trades elsewhere in the UK.
